Evolve is founded by Jessica Toler. Jessica taught 3rd grade for four years after attending UNCW with a degree in Elementary Education. Ms. Toler has now stepped away from the classroom to continue learning herself. Her long term goal is to make a difference in the lives of children. She is incredibly interested in developmental psychology and finds unique ways to keep children engaged and help them learn based off of their individual needs.

Jessica’s focus is on providing some comfort to families in the Wake County area as they know that their children are receiving the support they need to be the best version of themselves.

Ms. Toler has faced many difficulties in her life and uses this to push her forward. She faced many challenges in Elementary School such as anxiety, depression, and difficulty maintaining any information she was taught. This has spread a compassion and understanding for struggling children that allows her to help in remarkable ways.
